Refund policy

At Huminy, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

🕒 Return Window:

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • For hygiene reasons, swimwear must have the original hygiene liner intact.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made items

🔄 Exchanges:

Need a different size or color? We’ll gladly exchange your item once we receive and inspect the original. Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or wrong.

💸 Refunds:

Once we receive your return and approve it, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

📦 How to Start a Return:

  1. Email us at contact@huminy.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We'll respond with the return instructions and address.

  3. Ship the item back to us within 3 days of approval.

  • Huminy is not responsible for return shipping costs or items lost during return transit.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
